Do I need to be an existing customer?
No. If you were invited by email, your affiliate code is already provisioned — just sign up with that same email address and it links automatically.
How is 'net profit' calculated?
Order subtotal minus product cost, payment processing, and shipping. Your dashboard shows the exact number for every order — nothing hidden.
What if the customer forgets to enter my code?
If they've ever used your code before, orders are attributed to you automatically. For new customers, they need to enter the code at checkout the first time.
When do I get paid?
Balances lock on the last day of the month and pay out on the 1st. Set your Venmo handle in your affiliate profile — that's the only setup required.
