1. Research-use only

All products offered on this site are sold and shipped strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, cosmetics, food, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or veterinary diagnostic, therapeutic, or investigational use, or for use in food. None of the products have been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for such uses. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.

You are responsible for handling and storing products in accordance with applicable biosafety, institutional, and legal guidelines in your jurisdiction.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to browse, purchase, or receive shipment from Warrior Labs. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.

3. Buyer representations

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are purchasing solely for laboratory research.
• You will not administer any product to yourself, another person, or any animal.
• You will not resell, redistribute, or market any product for human or animal consumption.
• Your purchase and intended handling comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to you.

4. Orders, pricing, and availability

All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misrepresentation, pricing errors, fraud, or inability to verify age or shipping information. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we ship.

5. Payment

Orders are paid via the methods shown at checkout. Bitcoin payments are non-reversible; orders ship once payment is received and, for on-chain payments, once the transaction confirms. Send only the amount shown for your order and include the payment note so we can match the transaction to your order.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

Orders ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation via USPS at a $15 flat rate to U.S. addresses only, with an expected 2–5 business day delivery window. We do not ship internationally. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. All sales final — no refunds or returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds and the inability to verify chain of custody or storage once a package leaves our facility, we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the expected delivery window, contact us at WarriorLabsUSA@protonmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan (or, if the package never arrives, within 30 days of shipment). We will review each case on its facts and, at our sole discretion, may reship the affected items.

8. Third-party testing

Certificates of Analysis are published on our COA page. COAs reflect the identity and purity of the referenced test article at the time of testing. We make no other warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose, and specifically make no warranty of fitness for human or animal use.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that any product will produce any particular research result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrior Labs and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to this site, any product, or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid Warrior Labs for that product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Warrior Labs and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or any product will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
