1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run the site and ship your orders:

• Account: email address and password hash if you create an account.
• Order details: name, shipping address, email, optional phone number, order items and totals, order notes, and payment method selection.
• Payment references: for Bitcoin orders, the transaction reference/TXID you send us. We do not receive card numbers or bank account numbers.
• Basic technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing email tools. We do not sell your personal information.

2. How we use your information

• To process and ship your orders and communicate with you about them.
• To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We share information only with providers we need to run the site and fulfill orders:

• Hosting and database: our site and order data are hosted on a managed cloud backend used to run this application.
• Shipping carrier: USPS receives the name and shipping address on your label.
• Email delivery: a transactional email provider is used to send order receipts and account emails.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage required to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and remember that you have confirmed the 21+ / research-use notice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and order records for as long as needed to run the business, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can request account deletion at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete that information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our database. No online service can guarantee absolute security; you use the site at your own risk.

8. Children

The site is intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email WarriorLabsUSA@protonmail.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it changed. Material changes will be posted here.
