Shipping Policy

Rates

Flat $15 USD per order via USPS. No international shipping.

Processing time

Orders ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation (or, for Bitcoin, once the transaction confirms on-chain). Orders paid on weekends or holidays ship the next business day window.

Delivery window

Expected delivery is 2–5 business days from ship date. USPS transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, holidays, and carrier delays outside our control.

Destinations

We ship to physical addresses within the United States only (including P.O. boxes where USPS permits). We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to freight forwarders.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send tracking to the email on the order. You can also look up any order at /order-status.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when USPS accepts the package. Please provide a shipping address where the package can be received safely.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or has not moved for more than 10 business days after the last USPS scan, email WarriorLabsUSA@protonmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan (or, if the package never arrives, within 30 days of shipment). Include your order number and, for damage, a photo of the box and label. We will review each case on its facts and, at our sole discretion, may reship the affected items.

Packages returned to us as undeliverable (bad address, unclaimed, refused, etc.) can be reshipped at your cost — we do not refund the original order.

All sales are final — no refunds, no returns, no cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for any reason. This applies to every order, every product, and every payment method, whether or not the order has shipped.

Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and product selection before submitting payment. Crypto payments are non-reversible — no chargeback or dispute is possible.

The only exception is a package that arrives visibly damaged, is materially incorrect, or does not arrive within 30 days of shipment. In that narrow case, contact WarriorLabsUSA@protonmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and, at our sole discretion, we may reship the affected items. No cash refund will be issued.
